Privacy Policy

We collect the following information when you use Leady:

• - Account Information: Your name and email address. When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email from that provider. If you sign in with email and password, we store your email and a securely hashed password.
• - Leads You Capture: The contact details and notes you add for the leads you meet at events, including names, companies, emails, phone numbers, your answers to your own custom questions, opportunity scores, and lead status.
• - Business Card Images: If you use business card capture, the photo you take is processed to extract contact details into a new lead. See "Camera and Photos" below.
• - Device Information: Basic information about the device you use to access Leady, such as device type, operating system version, and app version, used for support and reliability.
• - App Usage and Diagnostics: Information about how the app is used, including session replays and crash reports, so we can improve Leady and fix problems. See "Analytics, Session Replay, and Cookies" below.
• - Website Usage Data: When you visit our website, we automatically collect information such as pages viewed, referring URLs, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

Leady does not track your real-time location and does not collect sales-route or transaction data.

Business card capture uses your device camera, with your permission, only when you choose to scan a card. The image is used to extract contact details (such as name, company, email, and phone) into a new lead so you do not have to type them. You can review and edit the extracted details before saving. We do not use your camera or photos for any other purpose. You can decline or revoke camera access at any time in your device settings, and still add leads by typing or pasting details.

We use the information we collect to:

• - Provide, operate, and maintain the Leady app.
• - Store and sync the leads and events you create across your devices and team.
• - Extract contact details from business cards you scan.
• - Respond to your support requests and communicate with you about the service.
• - Understand and improve how the app and website work.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• - Service Providers: Trusted providers that host our infrastructure, process business card images, and help us analyse and support the service, under obligations to protect your data.
• - Your Team: Leads and events are shared with the teammates you invite to the same event.
• - Legal and Business Transfers: Where required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

The Leady app uses PostHog, a product analytics service, to help us understand how the app is used and to fix problems. This includes usage analytics, session replays of in-app activity (passwords are never visible), and crash reports, associated with your account. We use this data only to operate and improve Leady, never for advertising, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Our website also uses analytics services (including PostHog, Google Analytics, and Vercel Analytics) to understand how visitors interact with our site. These services may collect information such as pages viewed, session duration, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. Cookies are used solely for analytical purposes and do not contain personal information.

To request deletion of analytics data associated with your account or your visits, contact us at hello@lemmonade.au.

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to access, update, export, or delete the information we hold about you. You can export your leads to CSV at any time from the My Leads screen. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@lemmonade.au.

You can delete your account at any time from within the app: tap the menu on the Leaderboard screen and choose Delete Account. Deleting your account permanently removes your account and all associated data, including your leads and events, from our systems. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. You can export your data before deleting if you would like to keep a copy. To also have the analytics data associated with your account removed, or for help, contact us at hello@lemmonade.au.

Leady is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
